I've turned up my minimum pressure some and its been a huge help. AHIs went from 2-3 range down to .6-1.3 for last few nights, but I'm still not quite there I think.
Around 4-6 in the morning, My pressure has been dropping lower down to the minimum and staying there, Eventually I think it wakes me up and getting back to sleep is hard because it feels like I need more air. The only events during that time are RERAs. no leaking, mask fits great.
Any ideas?
I'm going to try a sightly higher minimum tonight but I don't want to toy too much since I don't have a great idea of what I'm doing. I'm still fairly new as well (been on cpap for 6ish weeks) so could it just be a matter of adjusting to the machine still?
