Would taking half of a 1 mg ativan be dangerous? I don't have anything else to knock me out, I'm experiencing bad apnea right now. I go to sleep just fine, relaxed, and I jerk awake, confused, not knowing who I am, breathless almost, choking. How did you all deal with this until you got your machines? Did you have to take sleep medicines? The doctors and nurses arent answering the phone, cant get a hold of anyone to ask this
