I have been always having an alternative nose block since forever and whenever I used to go to the ENT they subscribe Nadal spray or drops and claim that it's related to the weather and that I'm allergic.
Lately I have been focusing more on whether I have an apnea or not, and I forced the Dr to get me on a sleep study, however they mentioned that I got to do a CT scan first in order to see the issue. And the result was (deviated septum, turbinates hypertrophy & mild sinusitis).
So their conclusion is that those three can somehow contribute to my apnea, however I need to go through the sleep study in order to asses my Apnea situation (if any) and from there they can decide whether I got for the CPAP/BiPAP....or if it's a mild apnea then a septoplasty and turbinate reduction can put my to a better place and lower the AHI.
Any thoughts/experience on this?
