I was excited to start CPAP because I haven’t had refreshing sleep for years.
I tried it for the first time the other night, and if anything, it made my sleep worse... I was exhausted but had such a hard time falling asleep.
I don’t know if it is completely because of the CPAP, I could have had too much coffee during the day, but I haven’t had this much trouble actually falling asleep in such a long time.
Is this at all normal when first starting CPAP?
