How to lose weight with mild sleep apnea..

Perhaps someone is more experienced with this then me here.

Male 32 6'2 305 now.... I do have mild sleep apnea, but it wasn't enough to get cpap.... my father has horrible sleep apena, wouldn't be alive without cpap. so it runs in the family, but my mother doesn't, so I get the mix. I don't get deathly tired, but I know what "good" feels like and I never feel good, I get by.

I am an active person/athlete and regularly exercise/workout. I eat reasonably well etc and have tracked calories in the past. Lift 3-4 days a week plus 2 walks a day.

As everyone should be aware of here, sleep apnea drives up insulin resistance as well as leptin/ghrelin etc.. Basically it makes it difficult to very difficult to effectively loose weight, this is worse after a hard workout because it struggle to recover with less then perfect sleep and the cycle repeats.

I would said its 40-60% more difficult then a "regular person"

Anyways, I've tried every supplement and technique known to mankind to make it easier. berberine, chromium, many others, you name it.

I'm too big right now and I need help and I'm personally out of ideas as I'm pretty knowledgeable already.

Blood tests always come back great and no problems.

If I get below a certain bodyfat my apnea pretty much goes away as I can sleep on my back solid and have a very deep sleep. The difference is very noticeable to me. However it's extremely tough losing weight, like not realistic to living a fun life.
