Honestly before treatment I would take a nap around noon or 1 on my days off and that’s after 12 hours of sleep. Now I never take naps, though I do still sleep a lot 10-11 hours I’ve always been a long sleeper but I just wanted to make a positive post and tell you that it took me a year to feel this difference so if you just started and are not feeling any better keep using it👏🏻
