Received a diagnosis what do I do now? I am not using insurance.

My doctor and insurance are useless so I plan on buying the machine and equipment on my own.

Diagnosis: Obstructive Sleep apnea (G47.33) - Moderate based on pAHI=28.8 pRDI=32.2 and O2 nadir of 87%

I don't know where to go from here. What type of CPAP, what pressure?
