After reading this report over the weekend I was frustrated yet again that I missed something that (may) have been contributing to my sleep problems for years and I have never considered or even heard of before.
I also did some reading that suggested late night eating also has some possible effects on apnea. Smoking is another one which sounds like a no brainer yet was never mentioned or factored in.
The amount of possible things to try is staggering but I think it would be incredibly helpful if there was a single thread organized by areas of interest (sleep posture, beds, surgeries, lifestyle habits, dental devices, postnasal drip! etc) with options and avenues to look into. I am aware that many many angles do not work for everyone but the aforementioned article on bed angling was extremely easy to try and the article states a 66 percent success rate in reduction of AHI.
Does such a thing already exist?
