Winning the pain and suffering lottery. Sleep apnea, cervical stenosis, tinnitis, TMJ, scoliosis and more. I'm over it - still need help.

Can't get to a doctor for too many reasons and need hive-mind help. Been suffering from sleep apnea for years as well as cervical stenosis and major spinal problems throughout the spine. There is tinnitus and numbness in hands when sleeping, waking it resolves but now there is also a problem in gait. Last MRI's done 2 years ago showed degeneration, stenosis, no plaque (brain) and basically a bengin situation not requiring immediate surgery or even attention. In fact, was brushed off. Maybe it wasn't juicy enough for the neuro-surgeon who I saw in public health care. I don't know. All I do know is that I am also in pain on top of not sleeping or not sleeping well. There is muscle jerking in one arm and this morning managed to drop 2 things. Lovely. What am I looking at here? It seems my entire adult life I've been going to doctors and this is the progression. My entire day revolves around staying alive and out of a hospital. I have every gadget and belt imaginable - probably could do with a neck brace that doesn't hurt though. That's it. TIA for any insight and if you have something similar, please tell me you healed.
