Struggling with APAP

I am a 34 male and I've always had trouble sleeping. Snoring, tossing & turning, constantly waking up through the night, waking up with headaches, and being constantly tired throughout the day. I got approved for a sleep study and took an at home sleep test. I don't remember the details of the test but I had mild apnea and was approved for an APAP. I've had it about 1.5 to 2 months now. I started with a ramp of 8 to 15 when first starting and while not waking up with headaches and not feeling as tired as I use to I'm still waking up a lot during the night still. Went for a checkup and she said it looks like I am doing good and ramped me up to 11 to 15. Now I'm still waking up still throughout the night. That's what's really bothering me. I have a Dreamstation APAP with the over the mouth but sits right under the nose mask. I've also tried just the nose mask (just sits right under nose but not over mouth) but I noticed if I open my mouth just a little I feel the air pushing out my mouth like an air blower. I feel I am battling with this APAP. I just don't know what to do and tired of feeling this way.

I've also downloaded DreamMapper just now on my phone recommended by my sleep doctor to monitor myself.
