breathing related sleep disorder induced by poor posture

Currently am trying to diagnose the cause for my frequent nighttime awakenings and have found no success so far. The internet has guided me in this direction because I read that frequent nighttime urination (I'm still not entirely if this is what's waking me up or not) can be caused by a breathing related sleep disorder. However I don't fit the bill for a typical sleep apnea/UARS patient: I'm thin and never breath through my mouth. Though I've read that forward head posture can contribute to breathing disorders. I also took an at- home sleep apnea test and it didn't really pick up anything. I scored an RDI of 2 and snored 1% of the duration of my test, which, my Dr. said, is normal. The in- lab sleep test I have scheduled will be more accurate in detecting what's going on, but I'm not really sure to what extent.

So has anyone here been able to solve their breathing- related sleep disorder by fixing their posture?
