The sleep study, I only slept for 4 hours, and only ten minutes of that was deep sleep. I stopped breathing 20 times during the deep sleep, and 9 times an hour for the non deep sleep. He said 40 times I stopped breathing for the entirety of the four hour study, all together. My oxygen was 89.
He says I have mild to moderate sleep apnea, and I need a test again to wear the cpap, then a day test the following day. Are day tests given only to see if someone has narcolepsy?
