One big gasp of air a night, how severe is it?

Without doing a proper test is it possible to tell? I recorded my sleep audio. Overall I don't sleep very well, but that is definitely at least in part due to fucked sleep schedule and stress.

Anyway how many times does a person with mild and how many times does a person with severe sleep apnea get the obvious loud gasp of air a night? I get one big gasp and some snoring here and there, snoring is definitely sparse.

On a semi-related note, is there any chance that afternoon sleep headache(after like 1-2 hrs of sleep) is related to this? Thanks
