PSA: Don't trust fitness tracker SpO2 readings

So I got a vivosmart 4 a couple of days ago. It has an SpO2 sensor which tracks your oxygen saturation during your sleep. First night I used it, it told me my saturation dropped to 80%. I freaked out! That's way too low. And I'm on CPAP, that shouldn't be happening! So I checked my mask fit, looked for leaks, imported my data into oscar and found some leaking at around the same time as the drops. Which made me freak out more. Not good.

Last night I decided to sleep with vivosmart 4, and my pulox po-400. I don't like that one, because it makes my finger a bit sore, but whatever.

The pulox paints a complete different picture.

For same same night, garmin says average 90%, minimum 81%. Pulox says average 95%, with one event at 87% which lasted for a couple of seconds.
