Hi guys, so for a few months now I’ve been dealing with what I assume is sleep apnea. I’ve actually woken up gasping for breath a couple of times and a few times where I’m half asleep and I can literally hear my breathing stop and start which ends up waking me up. I’m just wondering if I do go and get tested for it how is the sleep testing done? Do you actually have to go somewhere to sleep or can you do it from the comfort of your own home? Only because I have the worst time trying to sleep in unfamiliar places and on top of that I literally can’t fall asleep unless there is some form of noise due to my tinnitus. TIA
