2nd machine

Hey guys.. I’m thinking about buying a second machine for my parents house for when I stay over.. I use an air sense 10 right now.. what do you guys recommend? And also can I program the machine myself? Not looking to go to any doctors right now because of this corona bullshit.. thanx
