ApneaLink Air Home Sleep Study - Nose Cannula Aussie

I received an at home sleep study kit a couple days ago. Both nights I’ve tried it, I noticed the light next to the nose cannula accessory frequently goes from green (working fine) to red (something is wrong).

I called the company and they’re sending me a new nose cannula.

Is anyone here familiar with these devices and cannulas and have any idea how common it is for the cannula to be faulty versus the ApneaLink device?

I’m confident I’ll eventually get a night or two of good data but I want to get good data NOW. I’m very tired and want to identify the issue ASAP so I can get to treatment ASAP.

Any help is appreciated. I’m desperate for a good nights sleep.
