Its been three months since I received my apap I currently have Nasal pillows and an Airfit f20. No matter what I do I can’t seem to fall asleep with my Apap. I’ve tried ramp & no ramp, I also tried adjusting the pressure but nothing seems to work. Its been a restless three months trying to fall asleep it seems like once I put the mask on something flips a switch in my head and doesn’t allow me to sleep. Its very fustrating because I suffer severe sleep apnea and I thought I was one step away from solving the problem... any tips would be greatly appreciated.
