So we’ve probably all heard the advice to not take sedatives etc. because they can relax the throat muscles and make OSA worse.
Does anyone know, or have a link to, if there are some that aren’t as bad?
I am currently taking a couple of things most nights to get me through the night (while I'm still trying to get used to CPAP, which isn't going very well).. specifically, very small melatonin dose, and a quarter dose of Benadryl, and some nights a quarter dose of Ambien if I just can’t fall asleep (and if I wake up in the middle).
