Help me interpret my data from OSCAR (screenshots within)

I was diagnosed with mild-moderate SA about six months ago after completing a sleep study. I went and bought a CPAP machine. This is the first time I am trying to interpret my results.

I have left settings at automatic or default for the most part. I have fiddled with minimum pressure the most.
