How do I know I have sleep apnea!?

My doctor worries and makes me go to every test due to a previous stroke. I’m 30.. My hubbs heard me gasp for air in my sleep 2x one night and once another night both followed by a snore. But haven’t again since and don’t normally snore. I did gain a lot due to pregnancy and then stroke after so I haven’t been able to lose weight yet.

I know I had heartburn recently so know that could be the gasp reasons.. Aside from that I grind my teeth my whole life at night. As well as since my health took a turn 2018 I also sleep 9-12 hours at night. I thought it was due to recovering from the stroke though

I’m lost and worried more now bcuz I won’t be tested until after the C19 is done.

Anyone advice or if they think it lines up with sleep apnea??
