Is the NHS receptive to re-testing?

Hey guys. I had my sleep test a few months ago and missed my follow-up appointment (had to work) so never got my results. My GP has made another appointment for next month (hopefully it keeps) to go through my results.

I only managed to get a few hours of sleep during the home-test, so I'm not sure the results will be entirely accurate. Thinking it might show that I'm okay and they will want to leave it there - has anyone got any experience with getting a second test through the NHS?

My symptoms have always been extreme daytime sleepiness, as well as headaches, no matter how much sleep I get. I've even made some changes like completely cutting out caffeine, junk food, and getting up regularly in the morning - but I'm only getting worse. Feel like I'm fighting passing out at this point, but naps usually just make me feel worse. I have a lot of work to do but no idea how I can even begin when I feel exhausted and weak like this all the time.

For reference I'm 27, male, in decent shape.
