My partner, possible sleep apnea?

It's 9 30pm and in the last hour I've put our infant to bed 3 times-both times woken by my partners snoring. He (32M) wasn't always a big snorer, but it happened with some weight gain... not bad weight gain as he was sort of bouncing back from some other health issues that caused him to loose an unhealthy amount of weight. However, he's spending almost every night on our crappy couch because both myself and the baby get little to no sleep at night otherwise.

He has little to no sense of smell, and can hardly breathe out of his nose if ever. The snoring, as mentioned. But I've noticed it's mainly if he's laying on his back or right side, unsure if that's important.... his breathing also pauses for periods of time I've counted up to 20 seconds I think? He's clearly been going without a restful sleep for a long time now, and I think it's time to look into it.

Does this sound like sleep apnea?
