I'm mouth and nose breather, and I have a new MAD device (the Tranquility Pro) that does have an opening in the front for breathing. The first night I slept with it, my snore score on my phone was way low (yay) but my husband said that I appeared to jerk and kick a bit during sleep. I didn't feel rested during the day, unfortunately.
Has anyone experienced not getting enough air for sleeping w/ a MAD in? Or was my body maybe responding to just the new sensation of something in my mouth while sleeping? I appreciate any insights. Thank you.
