Oral device suggestions - Material sensitivities

Hey guys. I'm pretty desperate at this stage. After years and years of bullshit the following issues are what keeps me from living a normal life:

  • I seem to have chemical allergies & sensitivities are certain materials i.e plastic, silicone, rubber & metals
  • I cannot use CPAP in any form, variety or setting as it sets them off and I become completely F**** from it after only a nights use - (tried endless tweaking methods over 3 years to try and get it to work)
  • I tried several different oral devices, dental devices & tongue retaining devices - All lead to anaphylactic reactions of some natures
  • I use oral devices intermittently due to the trade-off - If I use nothing my brain feels more alive, sharper and I feel more stable, yet I have intense fatigue and lethargy - yet if I use a device I'm more physically rested, less stressed but feel completely numbed out and simply cannot think & extremely bloated due to the inflammatory reaction from the plastics

QUESTION: I am wondering if there are any oral devices on the market which would be suitable for someone with material/chemical sensitivities/allergies - I don't even know what sort of material would best suit. I'm sick of wasting money on shit that doesn't work for me. Wasted too many years on trying to fix this and I'm done with doctors.

side info: 25M, physically fit, high arched palate - tongue collapse apneas,
