First I am getting a CPAP, so i that’s in the works. But wanted to share my experience... Diagnosed w/ severe complex apnea, AAI 50+ AHI 40+, it was hard to hear her but she said I had something like Central Apnea Events. I’m 32, male, non smoker, rarely drink, not overweight or even close to it. It does run in my family though. I’m just ready for the CPAP. I feel like I truly don’t know what good sleep is and I want to feel rested.
