Super mild sleep apnea or depression? Why am I so tired!?

Please help 😓

I was recently diagnosed to my surprise with very mild sleep apnea AHI 5.5. I also skip certain sleep stages and have poor REM sleep according to the results. Doctor's don't know why I'm so tired 🙈.

This was all after convincing my doctor I need a sleep study because I'm utterly exhausted all day even when I sleep 'all night' for an average of 8 hours. Sometimes pushing the grocery cart requires too much effort :(.

I'm a young female and not overweight 5 (<30 yrs old, 5'4, 125 lbs). Doctor prescribed me Zoloft and Cymbalta because she thinks I'm tired all the time due to depression. Both antidepressants have not helped with the fatigue and exhaustion I feel, the latter has helped with mood though.

I wake up everyday wanting to go back to bed. Trying to find the energy to get some work done. I do think I have some mild depression and anxiety.

Can very mild sleep apnea like mine be the reason why I'm so tired? I want to be in bed all day. Or is this really depression causing these symptoms?

Ps. All blood tests came back fine for thryoid, Vit D, iron. Can't go for CPAP fitting until COVID-19 lockdown is over.
