Take a magnesium supplement before bed for Deeper sleep (upvote)

This was something that I thought was silly until I tried it. Even with my cpap machine, I had a lot of tiredness in the mornings. But after experimenting with taking a magnesium pill before bed, I have to say that my sleep quality has improved almost x2.

For those who are skeptical like I was, research a bit more into magnesium and sleep quality.

Overall I would highly recommend that everybody here struggling with sleep quality to try taking some magnesium before bed.
