Tips for sleep without CPAP

Hello fellow people.

Recently completed a sleep apnea test with the kit at home, after much complaining of jolting and snoring like a bear from my other half and after a few weeks was advised I'll need a CPAP machine from the NHS due to having sleep apnea n such.

However due to the current situation it's all on hold and when I'll be able to get to hospital to pick it up and see a consultant I have no idea. So in the meantime, does anyone have tips for sleeping better? As I'm finding myself up and down all night, especially since I'm currently in lockdown at my partners parents.

I have some quetiapine but im totally unsure if it's okay to take now I have confirmed case of sleep apnea and it makes me uber drowsy the next day.

Any and all advice will be super appreciated!

Thank you for your time!
