I’m on APAP for moderate sleep apnea (feels severe) and the reports are basic: hours used, leaks and events. I want to track more, just bought a Fitbit. Help track sleep stages, sp02 variation and hr. Anyone use anything like that? Cost around $140 and hope it’s a good investment. Saw another device that will actually give sp02 reading, a ring like thing but almost $200. Suggestions and feedback welcome!
