Has anyone had any experience with this newer medication combo?

I stumbled on this while researching and while it is not "finished" in studies (which I find odd because the initial research came out in 2017) the possibility at least for short term or temporary relief is massive.

The concern is that there are no studies about long term results about combining the two and it appears to increase central apnea but remove OSA almost entirely. Has anyone tried this? The goal of the medication combo appears to simulate the concept of the Inspire implant
