- I have intermittent problems with snoring, Sleep Cycle shows that I on average snore for a couple minutes each night
- my gf in the past has mentioned that I snore really loudly
- I have slight problems with getting to be bed. Usually takes me 50 mins to sleep but I'm on my laptop / phone late at night so I know what the problem there is
- I get an average of 7 hours sleep and have no problem getting up. In fact I really like early starts
- Never really feel that sluggish throughout the day. Never need caffeine but there are some days where I will fall into a nap within minutes. This usually happens during a film.
- Not a mouth breather at all. My jaw sticks out
Overall I don't think my sleeping habits gets in the way of my life but I could always improve.
I think the sleep apnea is the one thing I want to eradicate. Can it be done without spending loads of money?
P.S I am very fit. 6ft 180lbs. Gym 3 times a week. Cycling 5 times a week (pre corona) I eat a very healthy diet as well. Minimal alcohol usage (a couple glasses of wine every three weeks or so)
