2 months of CPAP, still waking up several times a night, tired the next day

Hi,

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea where i have 8 events an hour. I've been wearing my CPAP for almost two months now and honestly i think its reasonably comfortable to wear it on average 6-8 hours a night (full face mask) and get a close to a 100 score nearly every night but i'm still waking up several times a night and being tired the next day. I constantly wake up mid-dream, which i thought was supposed to be stopped by using the CPAP.

For example, on Sunday night i slept for 9 hours with the CPAP on and averaged 0.9 events a night but i was exhausted on Monday. Last night, i wore it for 7 hours but i took it off the 3rd or 4th time i woke up and slept with out for 2 hours and felt better today, 1.0 events last night.

I'm wondering is there something i'm doing wrong? Or is the machine not recording my sleep correctly?

My air pressure is 5, should that be adjusted?

When i breathe in the full mask gets sucked into my face, is that normal?

Thanks!
