During this pandemic I have discovered using my cpap that I can pull the covers up over my head and it keeps it darker therefore allowing me more time to sleep. My personal best is very near 9 hours. Just wanted to pass this along, sorry if this is a no-brainer but I'm only a year into sleep therapy.
