Today, the ac ran pretty cold, so in my sleepy stupor, I covered my face with a blanket
OK, tbh, it's actually a thin fitted bed sheet, not a real blanket, so it can't insulate for shit.
I covered my head and body, and slept fir an unknown period of time.
Let's assume it was 3 hours. There was a small gap towards the edge of my bed, where the fitted sheet barely covered
Could I have cut off o2 to my brain and cause brain damage?
I already wake up a lot when sleeping, presumably due to sleep apnea as is
