How to resolve very early morning wakings on CPAP?

So I started CPAP recently, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement.

However, although initially falling asleep isn’t really a problem, I notice that usually without fail, I wake up some time between 3AM and 5AM and can’t fall back asleep with the mask on... so I end up taking it off then...I’m averaging about 5-6 hours with the mask on.

Is this normal?

Will this eventually resolve itself on its own?

I really want to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, but I can’t seem to get there yet.

Any tips?
