Tolerance to Non-CPAP sleep.

I pray everyone who reads this is in good health and safe in these awful times.

I've been using my CPAP machine since February and I didn't really notice much of a difference at first. Overtime, I realised that I had much more energy and less headache when waking up. I love the damn thing. No idea how I got through medical school without it.

Now, if I get home exhausted from being a frontline worker, and I get into bed without putting my mask on, I wake up worse than I've ever been before.

So a few questions:

Does this happen to everyone else?

How do you deal with dry mouth and lips from hours of CPAP?

I'm embarrassed to take naps at work due to the snoring and apnoea... Anyone else in the same boat?

How often do you clean your CPAP machine (realistically, I know the ideal)?
