Wondering if anyone here who had turbinate reduction experienced ENS

I had a coblation turbinate reduction, coblation adenotonsillectomy and modified UPPP a week ago and have been experiencing slight difficulty in breathing at times through my nose. Went for my ENT appointment today and he said it's due to gunk and mucus. He cleaned out the gunk and I still had slight difficulty breathing. He told me that the turbinates are still swelled up so it's blocking my nasal passages. I can breathe completely fine at times but at other times I feel like I'm slightly suffocating. So I really wanted to ask whether anyone else experienced this while recovering from turbinate reduction? When did it get better? Is it Empty Nose Syndrome? I went for this surgery not realising that it's a side effect that can happen and now I'm scared that I might have it.

EDIT: considering it was a coblation, I think the exact procedure the doctor did was coblation sub-mucosal turbinate reduction. I'm not 100% sure of this.
