I constantly fall asleep at my job between 12-2 pm. I would be in the middle of a conversation then suddenly I would suddenly start snoring. I usually sleep at midnight and wake up at 9 am to go to work at 10. I just have my first sleep study test and my AHI is over 140 an hour. Oxygen saturation is in the 50-60%.
Unfortunately, looks like I won't be getting the CPAP machine until next year due to the wait time. My next appointment with the doctor is scheduled for December, then I should have another sleep test in July/August 2021 for CPAP sleep study, then hopefully a prescription for CPAP by October. But I am too afraid I will get fired from my job if this keeps up.
