Hi there, I’ve been diagnosed with OSA with an AHI of about 58. Got a Philips Respironics Dreamstation and I’m really optimistic about the results thus far! It’s week 2 now.
OSA was the main cause of my hypertension, that caused my stroke at the age of 31. The stroke affected my left arm, so I’m functional only in one arm.
At the moment, I’m using the Philips Respironics Wisp Nasal mask, as prescribed by my physician. However it requires my partner to help me with it as it’s pretty cumbersome.
Anyone has recommendations for a nasal mask that can be fitted one handed? I’m quite an independent person and my partner travels often.
